| I recently purchased a custom designed, 4 in 1detachable bounce house combo from Unique Jumpers and was so impressed with the quality and customer service that I went ahead and placed an additional order for a different design. I would have to say that both units are like no other. The detachable water slide was extremely simple to use, taking me only 5 minutes to attach the slide to the bouncer and change the pool to a stopper, thus turning the unit from a dry slide to a water slide within minutes. The units seem to be very popular among my customers. They have all given me positive feedback, stating that the jumper was very bouncy and the slide seemed to very slippery. |

Let me tell you about our ordering process with Boris. We ordered our beautiful tropical unit from them 1 week before Christmas. He promised us he'd have it built and ready to ship the first week of Jan. In my head I thought no way with two holidays involved.. With other companies that we've special ordered from we are lucky to get the items two-three months after promise..(Thanks Moon-Walker!!! for nothing) But not with Boris and his crew.. They kept there promise and we had our unit 4 days before promised... Unique Jumpers spared no details: Custom basketball hoop, extra drain plugs, double flap constuction, velcro on opening to keep flaps onen, and digital banners to boot!!! Not to mention the amazing craftsman ship.. Just assume all around.. Four months into it and our Combo still looks brand new and to top it off its been out every weekend since we've had it... !!!

| As a new bouncer company, I decided to purchase my complete inventory of 6 units from Unique Jumpers for two reasons: #1) Boris (the owner) exhibited his customer service more than any of his competitors to the extent that if I felt 100% comfortable that if there was a problem, it would be taken care of; and #2) his bouncers are truly unique. None of my competitors have bouncers made by Unique Jumpers and his designs are much different than the "run of the mill" Chinese imports which a lot of my competitors have (especially their combo units and tropical units. Having Unique Jumpers in my inventory sets me apart from my competition and my customers notice it and appreciate it. I will certainly be ordering from Unique Jumpers the next time I purchase inflatables.

Boris has been extremely helpful with the design and production of the 3 units I recently purchased. Unique Jumpers allowed us to custom design our combo and waterslide, not only the colors we wanted, but also with minor design changes as well. These inflatables are our most requested and are rented every weekend. Unque Jumpers units deflate and clean more easily than any of our other units, we all know how important this is. I want to tell you and all you future customers that the service and quality of your equipment are superb. Boris, you made the ordering and purchase experience a very pleasant and hassle free process. You asked me to trust your experience and talent, which went way beyond all of my expectations, when you created the King's Castle w obstacle course, and I must say that the WOW factor is certainly there. This unit has been rented out every weekend since I got it in December '11. The Tropical unit is the BOMB. It's starting to go out every weekend and the response that I get from my customers are absolute amazement and wicked happiness. I want to also comment on the quality of Material used and craftsmanship. The high quality of vinyl the Boris uses to create his products are amazing, tough, bright, very strong, easy to maintain, and looks and feels high quality. His craftsmanship is quite flawless. He has taken the time to do a seriously good job in making a good looking, high quality, correctly made product. When looking at the detail work, like double stitched seams, perfectly sewn lines, etc. I can see that Boris really cares about what he creates and that in turns says alot about his customer services alone!
